The Web Manager is focused on enabling and delivering world class systems to Progressive Customers, Agents and CSRs with a focus on user interaction and site information architecture. This position will ensure our servicing system is perceived as one entity, driving down costs associated with web development and building an information infrastructure that can support multiple business objectives. Responsibilities include the following:

 

1) Modifies, enforces, and audits standards for user interface interaction and information architecture that support service and cost goals.

 

2) Collaborates to determine the best placement of content that meets business and platform goals.

 

3) Works with IT to improve our processes and supporting technical infrastructure to increase the throughput of new and changed content.

 

4) Directs our competitive analysis efforts related to the external facing servicing application.

 

5) Simplifies the overall online experience for our users to manage efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of the site
