An exciting opportunity is open within the Agency Distribution Analysis Team for an Analyst.
The Agency Distribution Analysis Team provides the analytical Support for our Agency Sales and Distribution Team. We work with sales reps on all Personal Lines Products as well as Commercial Auto. We provide regular monthly reporting as well as support and ownership of many different sales related projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong excel skills, SQL Query or SAS Experience and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics or equivalent work experience.
* 2-5 years business experience.
* Familiarity with business processes and system knowledge.
* Intermediate MS Office skills including strong skills in Excel having the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets. Knowledge of spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts and graphing. .
* Proficiency in use of MBI, Crystal, or other reporting tools.
* SAS and SQL programming skills including the ability to create basic programs.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations.
* Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
