Title: Recruiting Analyst - University Relations

Location: OH-Canton

As a member of the University Relations team the Recruiting Analyst is responsible for supporting talent pipeline development for the enterprise through selected Talent Acquisition responsibilities

 

 

Specific Responsibilities Include:

 

Perform recruiting and scheduling activity efforts for selected streams of Talent Acquisition function.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain internal and external networks, candidate sources, referrals, and a robust pipeline for salaried individuals.

 

Maintain the Talent Acquisition information on timken.com, timkenNet, OA toolkit up-to date.

 

Negotiate salaries with the candidates based on TR guidelines, collaborate with the OA representatives and Hiring managers to ensure that position descriptions are adapted to meet the changes in skill needs.

 

Identify potentially useful techniques and media not currently leveraged and keep abreast of emerging trends within the sourcing and recruiting function.

 

Maintain a good Talent Acquisition reputation by ensuring excellent customer service to the designated internal and external client base. This work also may involve analyzing the results of the TA audits and TA surveys, ensuring individual and team metrics and measures are captured and CI solutions are identified and implemented, managing the invoicing process for TA vendors etc.

 

Update and Maintain TA Policies and procedures and the TA Computer based Training (CBT) information up-to-date.

 

Participation in career fairs and other campus recruiting related events (i.e. Super Days, Information Sessions, On Campus Interviews)

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field with 1-3 years experience.

Analytical Skills (e.g. critical thinking, data analysis, interpretation of data)

Demonstrated familiarity with recruiting practices and HR systems

Proficiency in the computer skills (e.g. creation of spreadsheets, reports, presentations)

Demonstrated success in achieving goals and metrics for recruiting assignments.
